Telephone Payment Platform
As an e-commerce-based open platform of telephone acquiring and transaction management for all telephone and bankcard users, the platform consists of the following three parts:
1. Telephone payment and acquiring acceptance system: guided by the principles of rapid acquiring, convenient service, and open interface, the main functions of the system are to enable customers to rapidly complete the business concerning telephone payment through self-service voice and staff voice service.
2. Operation supporting system: as the supporting center for the whole telephone payment system, the center is responsible for the maintenance of all the operation information and provides necessary information support to the acquiring system.
3. Payment supporting system: it is an integrated payment service system supporting multiple channels and tools. The system could be separated into two parts: transaction processing and service management. The transaction processing mainly includes the core transaction processing and front-end processing. The service management includes clearing and settlement, merchant service, risk management, and statistical analysis.
